Joseph Rudden was born on 27th August 1879 in Cavan and was killed in action at Beaumont Hamel in the Battle of the Somme in France on 13th November 1916. He was a brother of my grandmother, Mary Brady, nee Rudden. Can anyone among the Rudden clan help me with further information on this particular branch of the Rudden clan?

Mary Lee Brady Rudden was my Mom.b. 1912, d 2003. Brooklyn NY
M. Joseph Rudden was my Father. He was born in Brooklyn in 5/17 1898-1/17/1960. His father, was John Rudden, Born in Ireland and a NYC cop. Both my mother’s family ( O’Brady but used Brady) and my father’s were from Co. Cavan. My grandMom, Kate Duffy Rudden (the I , my twin sister was named for her) was from Mayo.
My gt grandfather was Patrick Rudden father of Joseph& Mary. I ve some info on Joseph & the war. There were 10 in the family. It has to be same family as same details on Joseph. The 10 were Michael b1867 d 1892, John , my grandfather, born 1 st Nov 1869, (my father was also christened John. ) patrick1871 -1897 , Mary 1872-1945, Bernard 1873-1932, Thomas1875-, Philip21876-1936, Peter1877- 1957, Joseph 1879-1916& Margaret 1881. Margt went to Cork St hosp to train as nurse1906. Got married Glasnevin? 1927 to a William Sweeney, lived her later years in Nth Circular Rd , my father used visit her. Acc to my records, Margt was the eldest daughter, died in 1945 having had a stroke in 1939Her husband, Peter Brady died 1947.
